Yogi announces pension scheme for disabled and seers

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Monday announced pensions for economically derived people including widows, handicapped and seers. Yoginath announced that he will be holding different campaigns for poors and disabled to provide pension.

The pension procedure will also include the hindu saints above the age of 60. Just before elections the UP government planned to introduce these campaigns.

Reports say Yoginath has announced that all disabled person will be a given a pension of Rs 500 instead of Rs 400. Yogi added that the Hindus saints above 60 years will also be included in this pension scheme.

Opposing Yogi’s pension scheme BSP leader Akhilesh Yadav said that this is another way to attract the voters. He added pension should also be provided to people who imitate and play the roles of characters like Ram,Sita and Ravan in Ramayan.
