West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee, at a rally in the Purulia district of the state, launched another of her characteristic strong attacks on Prime Minister Narendra Modi, saying that the saffron party has “ no ideology”, and their leaders are roaming around the state with boxes of cash worth crores.
Responding to Modi’s recent statement where he claimed that West Bengal is known for “triple T- Trinamool, Tolabaazi and Tax”, the TMC chief said that she wanted to give the PM “a tight slap of democracy”, and that “money doesn’t matter” to her.
She further added that the BJP leaders all have a mace in one hand and a sword in another which they use to break people’s head, and cut off their throat, respectively.
The TMC leader also challenged the PM to publicly declare the amount of “money he earned from demonetisation”.
