BJP and Shiv Sena to contest 24 seats each

Bharatiya Janata Party has always supported Shiv Sena members and now they are concluding at a mutual decision of seat sharing.

In the Lok Sabha elections Bharatiya Janata Party and Shiv sena will be contesting on 24 seats each, according to the reports.

Narendra Modi’s BJP has proposed this idea to Shiv Sena and this was announced infront of ger BJP’s and Shiv Sena’s allies in Maharashtra,Mumbai .Despite the differences between Shiv Sena and BJP, both the parties has now decided to contest together.

Shiv Sena has disowned BJP several times but they are going to fight the Lok Sabha elections together, reports say.In 2014 Lok Sabha elections Bharatiya Janata Party won 26 seats out of total 48 seats and Shiv Sena managed to win 18 seats. Both the parties are likely to come together ahead Lok Sabha elections.

Reports say that the assembly elections in Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, Odisha, Sikkim and Jammu and Kashmir will be held before the 2019 Lok sabha elections soon.

The Lok Sabha elections are supposed to be in April,May.
