Akhilesh Yadav is not in the race to become PM
Samajwadi Party chief Akhilesh Yadav on Tuesday said that he is not at all interested in the race to become the Prime Minister of the country.Akhilesh said “India needs another Prime Minister but I will not be the one”.
Recently Akhilesh attented Mamata Banerjee's anti-BJP rally and addressed the people to demand for development and democracy. He said he is not going to fight for the position of country’s PrimeMinister.
He said the party has confirmed an alliance with BSP and supremo Mayawati, they will fight for the seats in the state. He further added that Mulayam Singh Yadav can be a suitable candidate for the Prime ministership and he will support him if Mulayam needs his support.
Akhilesh Yadav slammed Narendra Modi and Bharatiya Janata Party and said the party members are afraid of their defeat and it is confirmed as BJP lost in the Hindi heartlands in the assembly elections 2018. There will be unity among parties and youth will also support the mahagathbandhan, Akhilesh added.
When asked about his wife's conformity for contesting Lok Sabha elections 2019 ,he said it will be her choice completely and I will not say anything on the matter.
Akhilesh also commented that BJP leaders do not know to talk to other parties, he said it's high time people should vote for a leader not a betrayer. Modi has promised millions but did not fulfila single.
SP chief Akhilesh also said that the Hindi seers, widows and others who participate in Ramayan and plays should be given a pension of Rs20,000 and he also demanded a pension for Samajwadi Pension scheme.
Samajwadi Chief demanded the Allahabad Fort to the state, reports confirm.
Akhilesh Yadav was seen applauding Mayawati and his alliance.
